Coco- Bout contract,banner,insurance,

Dirty-after party (done),get contacts to Laila,bracelets,Clarion and Bali rates,co-ordinate half times,

Viola- bout poster(done),bout program,publicity contact

Suzy- EMTS (1/2 done)

Chuck- emergency box

Scary- gift baskets,food and water

Everyone- sponsers for the program! $25 for 1/2 page, $50 for full, decorating, track set up, general stuff

There will be more to come, there is alot to do!
