Did we talk to the gal from Parks & Rec about bleachers?

I know that the bleachers we cant get from the city because of baseball season so we have to try to get them from other sources Cocoa is on that. Prices on prgrams... how much did we pay for our programs last bout? or what is a good price for that? Cause there is this printing shop by my house that is privately owned and he may be willing to work something out if he does that kind of thing cause that is where I have been going with all of my printing needs. Bout programs: $328 for 20 pages I think? We could make it shorter, depending on sponsors. We can also ask Prints Plus in Hermiston and Cascade Sign's printer for estimates. The cost is in the layout of all the sponsor info "design". Print ready is less expensive.
