Here is the breakdown:
1st 12 sponsors of the team 2009 for $400 and up get a page of the calender.
1 sponsor $600 or up gets to be the title sponsor (logo on every month)
That totals: $6,400
If we don't get a title sponsor, it totals: $5,800
Now, the "ball park" photographer estimate from Eric at Essence photography is $1000. This includes 12 pages for months (6 onsite at the studio and 6 offsite) and maybe a team photo. Airbrushed and excellent.
He is going to speak with his graphic designer who he says does an excellent job about a price. His ball park is a geuss of $400. These aren't final, and we can have someone else do the layout. We want it print ready.
This "ball park" totals lets say $1,600.
This brings our net from $5,800 to: $4,200
An estimated print cost for 1000 12 page 8x11 calenders is $2000.
I am looking into Abbots in Yakima who was recomended highly for quality and price and also Printpelican.com (another photographer recomended).
That brings us to an estimated $2,200.
So, to get 1000 sweet ass calenders made up we are looking at a net of $2000. Double check my math. I rounded down. This is, as I said, a ballpark.
Eric is going to have the graphic artist give us a price, and make up a sample page using Buffy's picture. I need to get the logo file to him to do this as well.
When this is done, and a sponsor sale pitch page, then we can take it and our sponsor packets and hit up the T.C. We will only have a few weeks to get on it.
The photo shoots will be done in May.
Anyone who knows anyone who does hair and make-up, ask them if they can help us out. We can put their logo on the back page of the calender if they do.
Any ideas, let me know.
